DIGITAL ASSETS LICENSE POLICY

This Digital Assets License Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of digital products, including but not limited to software, source code, 3D models, sound files, images, game assets, web development tools, startup web pages, mobile software, and other digital assets (the “Product”) provided by LKPixel (“Owner”). By downloading, purchasing, or using any Product from this site, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Grant of License

The Owner grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and distribute the Product under the conditions specified in this agreement.

2. Usage Rights

For Paid Users:

  • You may edit, modify, and customize the Product for personal or commercial use.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Product in its original or unmodified form.
  • Use the Product in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Remove or alter copyright notices, license terms, or attribution requirements.

4. Ownership

5. Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. The Owner may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Product is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Owner be liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruptions, or loss of data resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.

8. Attribution Requirement for Free Use

If you are using the Product for free, you must include the following attribution in your project:

“This product uses [Product Name], created by LKPixel. Available at https://lkpixel.com“
